Moss' Prime Rib and Spaghetti House: a meat lover's delight

Behind the front doors of Moss’ Prime Rib and Spaghetti House in Elyria awaits soft music, beautiful Mediterranean décor and the aroma of tender, juicy, fall-off-the-bone prime rib.

A great place for an intimate dinner for two, a  family get-together or business lunch, Moss’ Prime Rib and Spaghetti House has been an Elyria cornerstone for more than half a century.

The restaurant is famous for its slow-roasted USDA Select Prime Rib, cooked at low temperatures for more than nine hours to maintain maximum juiciness. But there's more to Moss’ Prime Rib and Spaghetti House than meets the rib eye.

Filet mignon, New York Strip, flat iron, rack of lamb, bone-in pork chops and beef Wellington are other meaty menu choices. For a small charge, guests can have their cuts of meat topped with burgundy mushroom cream sauce, sautéed onions and mushrooms, shrimp, bleu cheese or pepper jack cheese.

Of course, as the name suggests, a variety of authentic Italian pasta dishes are also available. From chicken marsala atop tender linguine to Vincello shrimp, which features red pepper cream sauce and egg fettuccini, to baked ziti with provolone, Moss’ is a pasta lover’s dream come true.

Of course, we can’t forget Moss’ signature spaghetti — which comes with a choice of traditional marinara or meaty Bolognese sauces.

The restaurant boasts a full-service pub with an extensive imported wine selection.  A banquet room for up to 55 guests and catering services are also available. Dress is business casual and reservations are appreciated, especially on the weekends.
